Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Returns, Cancellations, Refunds, and Exchanges

We will not return, exchange, or refund an item unless it is defective. If the item received is damaged, please email us a picture of the defective item (clearly showing the defect) within 5 business days from the date of delivery. We will determine if the client is eligible for an exchange by responding to the email within 48 business hours with a return confirmation number.

The item must be unworn with all its original tags. We are not responsible for return shipping costs or duty fees. Upon reception, inspection, and qualification of the return, we will process the exchange. A confirmation email will be sent once the replacement item is shipped. Once an order is placed and processed, no changes can be made to that order.

An order cannot be cancelled. If for any reason we are forced to refund a cancelled order or item, we will retain processing fees of at least 60%.
Once you receive a confirmation email for the exchange, send your defective item back to the appropriate return address indicated in our return policy.

Made-To-Order

Please note that all Made-To-Order items are Non-Refundable, as they are custom-crafted to your specific measurements and preferences. This personalized process means we are unable to resell or repurpose the item, making it a final sale.

We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to double-check your measurements before submitting your order.

Late or Missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@kappandbomber.com and send your item to:

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
