Thank you for choosing our Made-to-Order service. Each jacket is carefully crafted to your exact measurements to ensure a perfect fit.

Please follow the instructions below to submit your custom measurements. Note that this order will take 4-8 weeks to complete and deliver after your measurements are received.

Step 1: Prepare for Measurement

1. Wear Light Clothing: For the most accurate measurements, wear light clothing, such as a t-shirt or thin undershirt.
2. Use a Measuring Tape: Ensure you have a soft measuring tape for precise measurements.
3. Get Assistance: It’s best to have someone assist you to ensure accuracy.

Step 2: Take Your Measurements

Please provide the following measurements in Centimeters for the most accurate measurement.

1. Chest or Bust: [See Section 2: LINK]
   • Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. Make sure the tape is snug but not tight.
2. Circumference of your natural waist: [LINK]
   • Measure around your natural waistline, which is the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above your belly button.
3. Hip:[LINK]
   • Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape level.
4. Shoulder Width: [See Section 4 LINK]
   • Measure from the edge of one shoulder to the edge of the other shoulder across the back.
5. Sleeve Length: [See Section 5 LINK]
   • Start from the edge of your shoulder and measure down to your wrist bone. Keep your arm slightly bent for accuracy.
6. Jacket Length: [See Section 7 LINK]
   • Measure from the top of your shoulder (where it meets the neck) down to the desired length of the jacket. Typically, this would be to the hip.
7. Bicep: [Video LINK]
   • Measure around the widest part of your upper arm.
8. Wrist:
   • Measure around your wrist bone for the sleeve cuff.

Step 3: Submit Your Measurements

How to Complete and Submit Your Measurement Form

1. Download the PDF Template
   Begin by downloading the custom measurement PDF form.
2. Record Your Measurements
   Use any PDF editor [View PDF Editor Recommendations #5] to open the downloaded template and carefully enter all your measurements in centimeters (cm).
3. Save Your Edited PDF
   Once you’ve filled out your measurements, save and download the edited PDF file.
4. Submit via Email
   Send your completed PDF as an email attachment to support@kappandbomber.com.
   Important: Include your First & Last Name and Order Number in the email subject line. You may also add any additional notes within your email.
