We aim to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before initiating any return or exchange.

General Return & Exchange Policy

  • We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must email a clear photo of the defect to support@kappandbomber.com within 5 business days of delivery.
  • We will respond within 48 business hours with eligibility confirmation and a return confirmation number if approved.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with original tags and packaging.
  • We do not cover return shipping or duty fees.
  • Upon inspection and approval of your return, we will process an exchange. You will receive a confirmation email once the replacement has been shipped.

Important Notes:

  • No order cancellations: Once an order is placed and processed, no changes or cancellations can be made while the transaction is progress. If you have shipping details that need editing please contact us via our support email with your name, phone number & order confirmation number.
  • If for any reason we are forced to refund a canceled order, we retain a minimum 60% processing fee.
  • Made-to-Order items are FINAL SALE and Non-refundable. These items are crafted to your specific measurements and preferences and cannot be resold or repurposed.

Return Packaging Requirements

To maintain product quality and ensure packaging is reusable, please follow these return packaging instructions:

For Boxed Items:

  • Items originally shipped in boxes must not be returned in poly mailers. Poly mailers damage box integrity.
  • Place your original branded box inside a protective corrugated shipping box with foam corner padding or equivalent protective filling to prevent damage.
  • Protect corners and surfaces of the box with foam or bubble wrap. Damaged boxes affect your refund eligibility.

For Poly Mailer Shipped Items:

  • Some items (such as select apparel) may ship in reusable poly mailers for convenience.
  • If your original package is a reusable poly mailer, you may use it for your return.
  • If your order arrives in a box, follow the boxed return packaging instructions.

Condition Guidelines for Returns

Your return will be thoroughly inspected upon arrival. Refund eligibility is based on the condition of both the packaging and the product.

Packaging Condition:

  • Acceptable: Clean, undamaged, and reusable box.
  • Unacceptable: Crushed corners, deep scratches, punctures, rips, stains, or soiling.
  • *Boxes returned without proper external shipping protection or cushioning will likely arrive damaged and result in deduction fees.

Product Condition:

  • Must be unworn, unused, clean, and odor-free.
  • Unacceptable conditions include:
    • Sweat odor or strong external odors (smoke, perfume, etc.)
    • Blemishes, scratches, cuts, or visible marks
    • Stains, fabric pulls, or signs of wear
    • Missing tags, damaged labeling, or packaging issues

Return Fees & Deductions

We reserve the right to apply a return fee based on inspection results to cover packaging replacement, handling, and loss of resale value.

Final deductions are determined after inspection. Items deemed unsellable will not qualify for a refund.

  • You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you are returning higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, where applicable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take time before your refund posts.
  3. Contact your bank. Processing times can vary.
  4. If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@kappandbomber.com.
